1. Parties and subject
This agreement sets out the terms of use of the cloud-based restaurant management software between Altun Software (the Provider) and the business using Adios POS services (the Customer).
2. Scope of service
Depending on the purchased package, the service includes POS software, modules, integrations, updates and technical support. Package contents are listed on the pricing page.
3. Fees and payment
Package prices are published tax-inclusive. No additional fee is charged for integrations. Payment terms are communicated separately when ordering.
4. Customer obligations
The Customer is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of data entered, and uses the service in line with applicable law.
5. Data security and privacy
The Provider protects Customer data in line with the KVKK and related legislation; data is processed only to deliver the service.
6. Termination and disputes
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Kocaeli courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
